A special presentation today in honor Black History Month by Joyce Hewitt. This beautiful quilt was used as a demonstration of how the slaves used quilt patterns to direct them while escaping into Canada. She was assisted by Joyce Barnes and Juanita Dean. It was very interesting and a display was put out for everyone to view in the foryer. Great job, ladies!
