IT'S YOUR HEALTH


Each day there will be a "healthy eating" tip posted on our blog.
Whether you are trying to shed a few pounds, feel better or just take better care of yourself, these tips will be helpful. Prayers & Squares ladies have their little group of "healththy things" going on.
We have one body and one life, we should all take care of ourselves and feel our best. Sometimes it's really hard, but together we can all do it and accomplish our goals. Our bodies are a temple of the LORD, let's treat it kindly.
Tip for today: East whole grains . Whole grain cereals, breads. Be careful in cereals of the sugar content, learn to read those labels. White flour doesn't provide the fiber and nutrients we need which are found in whole grains. You will find, you will learn to love them and they are filling also, keeps your hunger under control.
If anyone has good healthy recipes or tip, send them to me and I will post them. Let's all get happy and healthy at Mims Chapel.
