IT'S YOUR HEALTH


Love french fries? Who doesn't!! Here is a "healthy" recipe for oven fries that is great.
Slice potatoes into wedges, place on foil sprayed with light coat of Pam. Spread the wedges out and place foil on cookie sheet or pizza pan. Season wedges with Garlic & Herb flavored Mrs. Dash. Spray lightly with Garlic flavored Pam. Bake in oven until lightly brown. They are delicious and NO salt, NO transfats, NO MSG & few calories. You can also use sweet potatoes and just spray with regular Pam and bake. Sweet potatoes are very good for you, much more than white potatoes--------unless you pile on the butter . Light spreads are available now and taste good.
Give it a try, you'll like it!!
After you're done, remove foil, throw it away, no mess, no oil, a clean pan!! What more could you ask for? ENJOY!!
