The Mims Chapel Miriam's Circle met on Tuesday, July 20th @ 7:00 pm. There were four members present.
Reports of events were: the Texas Bar-b-q made a profit of $512.
Joan Ramsey gave a program on John Wesley and how the Methodist movement came into existence.
Upcoming events will be:
October: A "Gong " Show --- all talent welcome to participate.
UMW Sunday
Thanksgiving Lunch to coincide with Thanksgiving Choir program.
A Beth Moore study will be given by Paula Hathcoat at a later date.
Miriam's Circle will also sponsor a mission project to collect school supplies for children of Jefferson I.S.D.
The meeting was adjourned and refreshments were served. The next meeting will be held, Tuesday, August 24th @ 7:00 p.m.
We may be small in numbers, but BIG on getting things done!!! Please come and join us.
