TEACH ME O LORD

Dear LORD with every passing day
Teach me to walk THY sacred way,
And if my brother's path be dim
I'd like to be a light for him,
A candle on the darkest night
To chase the shadows out of sight
That opens up his eyes to see
And then I'd ask along the way
That THOU would'st teach us how to pray
With open mind and open heart
Till all reveals HOW GREAT THOU ART.
