The Christmas Star serves as a symbol of Christmas in many ways. First, we remember the Star of Bethlehem and the Magi following the star to find the CHRIST child. The Bible, in Revelation 22:16 also refers to JESUS as the Morning Star. "I JESUS, have sent my angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I AM the root and the offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star." As well, the starlight is universal, its rays are seen everywhere, and so stars have become a symbol of peace throughout the world.
