Bro. Richard's Sermon for Today: "GOD'S Little Extras"

Job 42: 10......"And the LORD turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before."

We all know that Job was caught in a struggle between the LORD and satan. Job lost everything he had, but never lost sight of GOD. His friends even brought him grief and trouble, but still he prayed for them. After seeing him pray for his friends GOD restored the fortunes of Job by twice as much as he had before.

Even CHRIST prayed for himself when in times of trouble and asked GOD to forgive his enemies because they knew what they were doing to him. HE prayed for himself in Luke 24:46; And when JESUS had cried with a loud voice, HE said, "Father, into thy hands I commend MY SPIRIT."

We need to learn to pray for our enemies and pray for ourselves to be able to forgive others and strive to do GOD'S will. Whatever harm has been done to you by others, just like Job, GOD will reward you with even more than you had before. Believe, pray, forgive and you will be blessed like Job.
