Bro. Richard's Sermon Today: "The MASTER Has Come---And is Moved with Compassion. And JESUS went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people. But when HE saw the multitudes, HE was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd. Then saith HE unto HIS disciples, "The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the LORD of the harvest, that HE will send forth labourers into HIS harvest."..............Matthew 9:35-38 GOD sent JESUS CHRIST because of HIS love and compassion to forgive us our sins. Today the world needs more compassion for their fellow man. JESUS saw crowds and had compassion, not pity, for them. HE felt the pain of love and fed them with the fishes and loaves of bread. HE saw the widow who had just lost her son, HE felt compassion for her and restored life to her son. All of the miracles performed by JESUS were not out of pity but out of HIS love and compassion for others. We , as Christians are to follow HIS example.
